Welcome to my blog.

Hi! My name is G and I’m a botanical illustrator and fibre artist living in Cornwall in the UK. I’m creating this blog to try to hold myself accountable to my dream of working as a full time artist and leaving my 9 to 5.

A bit on myself, I love playing tabletop games with my friends, playing video games, knitting, crochet and going on long drives. I also really love painting nature, so much so that I decided to make it my profession.

I’ve been painting and drawing for over a decade now and particularly love painting flowers. One day I would love to have one of my flower paintings tattooed, just need the courage to go and get it done! I also want to expand into drawing and painting fruits and vegetables as I am currently on a journy to clean my diet up after discovering that I have IBS this year.

I have ADHD and other neurodivergencies so I might take a little longer to reply to you if you send me an email. However I do enjoy comunicating with you and will try my best to answer. If you have a project idea that you think we could collaborate on please feel free too look over my portfolio and send me a pitch using the contact tab on this website, I will let you know if I have space in my calender to take it on.
